随着互联网计算机的高速发展,信息技术已是21世纪人才必备的技能。小学阶段的信息技术教学是整个信息技术教育体系的基础和关键,因此,小学阶段信息技术教学要凸显出一种活力。这种活力主要体现在两个方面,一是教学目的的达成,即教学的有效性。二是教学兴趣的培养,即教学的趣味性。有效性和趣味性的综合才能实现课上课下信息技术教学的实质提升。二者的实质是理性教学和感性教学的辩证统一。
With the rapid development of Internet computers, information technology is already a must-have skill in the 21st century. The teaching of information technology in primary school is the foundation and key of the whole information technology education system. Therefore, the information technology teaching in elementary school should highlight one kind of vitality. This vitality is mainly reflected in two aspects, one is to achieve the purpose of teaching, that is, the effectiveness of teaching. Second, the cultivation of teaching interest, that is, the interest of teaching. The combination of effectiveness and interest in order to achieve the substantive improvement of information technology teaching under the class. The essence of the two is the dialectical unity between rational teaching and perceptual teaching.
