同事是人们在工作时间内彼此相互交往、接触最多的人。同事关系有相互依存的特点,互相间需要谦敬、‘包容、礼让,因为任何工作都须通力合作,如若情感不相容,气氛不和谐,协调就成空话。但在实际中,人事升迁、酬劳多少等利益关系又相互纠缠,同事关系处理不当就会引发矛盾。因此,若想在事业上有所成,以健康适当的情绪、言语、举止和善意的态度,在同事间创造和谐的关系,是一个关键。
Colleagues are people who interact with each other during work hours and reach the most. Co-worker relationships are interdependent and need to be modest, “tolerant and courteous” to each other because all work must work together, and if there is emotional incompatibility, the atmosphere is discordant, coordination becomes empty talk. However, in practice, the relationship between interests such as personnel advancement and remuneration is entangled with one another, and the improper handling of colleagues can lead to contradictions. Therefore, creating a harmonious relationship among colleagues with a healthy and appropriate mood, speech, demeanor and goodwill attitude is the key to achieving a successful career.
