对虾白点病 (whitespotdisease ,WSSV)目前急需准确、快速的病毒诊断技术 .PCR诊断方法是目前已知的最佳选择 .但PCR技术在使用上存在着某些问题 ,例如专一性、灵敏度、假阳性、假阴性及定量等 ,是选择PCR做为病毒诊断试剂时 ,必须慎重考虑的问题 .市面上已有商品化的虾白点病毒诊断试剂供养殖者选用 .IQ2 0 0 0系统采用已经过证实的白点病毒核酸序列作为PCR的反映标的 ,具专一性强、灵敏度高、可同时进行定性及定量检测、包含了内控制组及阳性标准品、可有效地排除假阴性及假阳性的问题等特点 ,无论在学术研究及实际养殖上都可证明其功效 .以IQ2 0 0 0为基础所发展出来的虾白点病毒安全指标 ,可提供养殖户作为虾白点病毒防治的参考依据 .
