利用超高效液相色谱法及质谱联用技术对来源于中国、俄罗斯及北美的20份苹果野生及野生近缘种资源果实多酚组成和含量进行测定,研究不同来源苹果属野生资源多酚组成和含量特性的差异,并进行主因子分析和聚类分析。结果表明:在20份资源中检测到5类22种多酚类物质,不同来源的苹果资源多酚主要成分为原花青素B2和绿原酸;北美苹果野生资源黄酮醇和花青苷类物质含量较低,羟基肉桂酸、原花青素和二氢查耳酮含量中等;俄罗斯苹果野生资源5类多酚类物质含量处于中等;来源于中国的苹果野生资源在主因子分析中呈散射分布,说明其多酚含量高低不一,多样性丰富。聚类分析表明:部分来源于俄罗斯和中国的苹果野生资源各自聚为一类,相同类型的资源部分聚为一类,北美苹果野生资源多酚含量特异性不强,中国苹果野生资源多酚含量特性既有地域特异性,资源多样性也较为丰富。
