[目的]建立复方补骨脂缓释片中葛根素的含量测定方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:SU-PELCO Discovery C18柱;流动相:乙腈(A)-0.1%乙酸水溶液(B)进行二元梯度洗脱;流速:1ml/min;波长:250nm;柱温:30℃。[结果]葛根素在0.1188～1.4860μg之间线性关系良好,其回归方程为:A=4E+06C-84328r=1;回收率在98%～104%之间。[结论]该方法准确、可靠、重现性好,可以用于复方补骨脂缓释片的质量控制。
[Objective] To establish a method for determination of puerarin in compound psoralen sustained-release tablets. [Method] High performance liquid chromatography was used. Column: SU-PELCO Discovery C18 column; mobile phase: acetonitrile (A) -0.1% aqueous acetic acid (B) binary gradient elution; flow rate: 1ml / min; wavelength: 250nm; [Result] The calibration curve of puerarin was linear between 0.1188 and 1.4860 μg. The regression equation was: A = 4E + 06C-84328r = 1; the recoveries ranged from 98% to 104%. [Conclusion] The method is accurate, reliable and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of compound psoralen sustained-release tablets.
