目的调查分析昆山市乡镇医疗机构检验人员配备现状,为小康型乡镇卫生院合理配备检验人员提供参考依据。方法对昆山市所辖镇级医疗单位检验人员进行调查。向14家镇级医疗单位发送调查问卷,调查表包括医院基本信息、科室基本信息、科室人员结构、科室设置、仪器设置和质量控制、生物安全管理等,然后召开专题会议并以定性访谈方式进一步调查,最后对调查数据进行整理汇总分析。结果这14家医疗单位共有检验人员93人,占卫生技术人员的比例为5.10%,男、女性别比例为0.72∶1,高、中、初级职称比例为1∶13∶77,检验医师1人。结论昆山市乡镇卫生院检验技术人员配备较合理,但临床检验医师缺乏,学历、职称结构有进一步调整的空间。因此,对经济相对发达地区乡镇卫生院应进一步加大对临床检验医师的培养引进力度,优化配置,提高乡镇医疗机构检验人员整体素质。
Objective To investigate and analyze the status quo of inspectors in township and town medical institutions in Kunshan, and to provide a reference for reasonably equipped inspectors in well-to-do township hospitals. Methods Investigate the inspectors of medical units in townships under the jurisdiction of Kunshan. The questionnaire was sent to 14 township medical units. The questionnaire included the basic hospital information, the basic department information, the department staff structure, department setting, instrument setting and quality control, and biosafety management, and then held the symposium and conducted further qualitative interview Survey, the final survey data consolidation summary analysis. Results The 14 medical units shared a total of 93 inspectors, accounting for 5.10% of health technicians, a ratio of 0.72:1 for men and women, 1:13:77 for senior, middle and junior titles, and 1 testing physician . Conclusion Kunshan City, township hospitals test technicians with more reasonable, but the lack of clinical laboratory physicians, education, professional title structure to further adjust the space. Therefore, the township hospitals in economically developed areas should further increase the introduction of clinical laboratory physicians, optimize the allocation of quality, and improve the overall quality of medical personnel in township medical institutions.
