文章利用有限元分析原理建立了行星架模型,通过对约束条件的加载得出了行星架受力云图。基于上述理论针对某煤矿机械设备公司的WT05型行星架漏油问题进行了分析,并提出了有效的改进措施,取得了良好的使用效果。文中研究对采煤机摇臂行星架机械性能的改进提供了有价值的参考。
The paper established the model of the planet carrier by using the principle of finite element analysis, and obtained the force cloud image of the planet carrier by loading the constraint conditions. Based on the above theory for a coal mining machinery company WT05 planetary carrier oil leakage problems were analyzed and put forward effective measures to improve and achieved good results. This paper provides a valuable reference for improving the mechanical performance of shearer’s rocker planet carrier.
