民管小组作为民主管理的一种基本形式,能够有效解决基层管理中诸多自上而下、是密切干群关系,提升基层管理水平的有效载体,是架起干部与职工群众交流的桥梁和纽带,但是民管小组在有些基层实践中仅靠单向沟通难以解决在基层队管理中存在的问题,难以发挥作用,本文以某基层队民管小组为案例,分析民管小组在基层工作长期存在的问题,认真改进民管小组的工作方法,取得了良好的效果,对基层队民管小组建设有一定的借鉴意义。
