油田试水回注设备腐蚀非常严重,对污水进行调查后。分析腐蚀的主要原因:开放式流程中主要是氧腐蚀;密闭流程中主要是细菌腐蚀。针对油田污水的腐蚀、进行了缓蚀剂研究。从上百种配方中,筛选出《805》为最好的缓蚀阻垢配方。它以钼酸盐为主,有机磷酸盐与无机磷酸盐复配,并加入少量并骈三氮唑。经现场动态模拟试验,投加8~10ppm,缓蚀率达70%左右。从81年7月底现场工业性试验以来,缓蚀率达60~75%,阻垢率在90%以上,污水中含铁由原来8mg/l降到2mg/l,沿程增加很少,大大减缓了设备的腐蚀。此配方用量少,效果好,使用方便,对恶劣的油田污水条件,可达到满意的缓蚀效果。
