两种或多种不同材料制成的组合梁是工程实际中的一种常用结构。本文基于材料力学中的平面假设、胡克定律等基本假设和概念,给出了组合梁组合变形分析的一种通用解法,建立轴力、弯矩与拉伸位移和弯曲挠度的关系,推导出拉伸位移和弯曲挠度满足的微分方程。该分析方法简单易懂,适合材料力学教学和工程实际应用。
Composite beams made of two or more different materials are common structures in engineering practice. Based on the assumption of plane and Hook’s law and other basic assumptions and concepts in material mechanics, this paper presents a general solution to the combined deformation analysis of composite beam, establishes the relationship between axial force, bending moment and tensile displacement and bending deflection, and deduces Tensile displacement and bending deflection satisfy the differential equation. The analysis method is simple and easy to understand, suitable for material mechanics teaching and engineering practical application.
