Objective: To investigate the effect of rehabilitation training after total hip arthroplasty. Methods: From January 2014 to January 2016, 40 patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty at the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University were divided into two groups. All patients were given conventional treatment. The observation group was systematically rehabilitated on the basis of this study. Harris Hip score method to observe whether the patient has joint dislocation, deep vein thrombosis and so on. Results: The Harris score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 3 months and 6 months after operation (P <0.05). The incidence of dislocation and deep venous thrombosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group , The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Rehabilitation training after hip replacement is significant, which is helpful to promote the recovery of patients and reduce the complications.
