松下M19机芯的代表机型有:TC-29GF95R、TC-29GF92G、TC-29GF90R、TC-29GF95G等。其保护电路较复杂,故障检测电路遍及整机各个单元,采用了微处理器中断口和分立元件双重保护电路,如图1所示(见下页)。微处理器中断口电路,从中断口获取故障检测信息,在开/关机控制端执行保护;分立元件保护电路,直接对开/关机电路进行控制、执行保护,然后再通过中断口通知微处理器执行关机。下面以松下TC-29GF95G为例,介绍该机芯的保护电路。
