本文在结合生产实际进行试验研究的基础上,运用数理统计和概率论的方法以及计算机技术,处理了试验的数据资料,确定了定位基准平面度误差对定位误差影响的传递比,进而导出既结合生产实际、又简单易行,並可直接由定位基准平面度公差计算定位误差的新公式。同时为制定定位基准的合理的平面度公差提供了理论依据,也为研究定位基准的形状误差对定位误差的影响指出了一种新方法。
Based on the experimental research on the actual production, this paper uses the mathematical statistics and the probability theory method and the computer technology to process the experimental data and determines the transfer ratio of the impact of the positioning datum flatness error on the positioning error, The actual production, but also simple and easy, and can be directly from the positioning of the standard flatness tolerance calculation of positioning error of the new formula.
