为了阐明新生儿期母婴甲状腺功能的变化,我们测定了碘盐防治地甲病区和非病区母婴在新生儿期的甲状腺功能。分娩后24小时内母婴的T_4值都在正常范围之内,但病区与非病区母亲的T_4值均比婴儿高2倍,在分娩后20~30天时,母亲的T_4值下降,婴儿的增高。在分娩后24小时内病区与非病区母亲的T_3值都在正常范围之内,在20~30天略增高。TSH值在分娩24小时和20~30天内母婴都在正常范围之内,但在20~30天时较分娩时下降。
In order to elucidate the changes of thyroid function in neonates during maternal and neonatal period, we measured the thyroid function of iodized salt prevention and treatment in neonates during the neonatal period. Within 24 hours after childbirth, the T_4 values of mother and infant were within the normal range, but the T_4 values of both sick and non-ward mothers were two times higher than those of infants. After 20-30 days of delivery, the mother’s T_4 value decreased. Increase. Within 24 hours after delivery, the T_3 values of the ward and non-ward mothers were within the normal range and slightly increased from 20 to 30 days. TSH values within 24 hours and 20 to 30 days of childbirth are within the normal range of mothers and babies, but in 20 to 30 days than when delivery decreased.
