从苦木科植物鸦胆子（Ｂｒｕｃｅａｊａｖａｎｉｃａ（Ｌ．）Ｍｅｒｒ．）果实的抗肿瘤活性部位中经硅胶柱等分离得到４个四环三萜苦木内酯化合物，经波谱鉴定分别为鸦胆因Ｄ，鸦胆因Ｈ，鸦胆子甙Ａ和双氢鸦胆子甙Ａ．其中鸦胆子甙Ａ为主要活性成分之一．
Four tetracyclic triterpene bitter lactone compounds were isolated from the antitumor active sites of the fruit of Brucea javanica (L.) Merr., And were identified by spectroscopic identification as javanin D, Javanin H, jaganoside A and safranin A. Which jagang glycosides A as one of the main active ingredients.
