本文叙述了150米~3/时制氧机配套用中造平膨胀机橡皮加稳空气轴承稳定性的一些研究结果.根据简化计算模型推导出的转子失稳转速计算公式.对样机的许多试验工况进行了计算,由计算分析以及与试验结果的列比,得出的主要结论有:一、使用橡皮加稳空气轴承使失稳转速大大提高,并可在大间隙及低供气压下稳定运转;二、橡皮加稳空气轴承的径向间隙在所试验的范围内变化时,对稳定性没有影响,三、降低轴承重量也可明显提高失稳转速.因此,为提高稳定性,宁可选用低比重材料的轴承体,而不必使用LC_4轴;四、橡胶O形圈及气膜的阻尼比及刚度比存在最佳值,正确选用橡胶O形圈显然十分重要.
