阐述了SXJ4261型大型香蕉筛筛分机理、工艺参数、结构设计特性,应用动力学方程进行了设计计算,并采用高级结构疲劳分析软件及试验模态分析法验证了筛机的动态特性,指出SXJ4261型香蕉筛具有筛分效率高、可靠性强及运行稳定等特点。
The screening mechanism, process parameters and structural design characteristics of SXJ4261 large scale banana sieve are described. The design and calculation are carried out by applying the dynamic equation. The advanced structural fatigue analysis software and the experimental modal analysis method are used to verify the dynamic characteristics of the sieving machine. It is pointed out that SXJ4261 Banana screen with screening efficiency, reliability and stability and so on.
