本实验应用兔“血瘀证”模型研究活血化瘀复方的活血化瘀作用。结果表明:中药组(n=14)与对照组(n=14)相比,低切变率全血粘度明显降低(P〈0.01),高切变率全血粘度明显降低(p〈0.05),全血高切还原粘度明显降阮(P〈0.05),红细胞电泳时间明显缩短(P〈0.05),血细胞压积无显著性改变;血浆TXB_2含量明显降低(P〈0.01),血浆6-keto-PGF_1a含量明显升高(P〈0.05);血小板最大聚集率明显降低(P〈0.05);红细胞C_3b受体花环率、红细胞IC花环率无显著性改变。提示活血化瘀复方有较好的抗高粘、高聚和高凝的病理状态作用及调节血浆TXA_2-PGF_2~-平衡作用。此外,从方药反证的角度提示,该“血瘀证”模型是一较成功、理想的模型。
In this experiment, the rabbit blood stasis syndrome model was used to study the effect of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis compound on promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Tips Huoxue Huayu compound has better anti-high viscosity, high poly and hypercoagulability pathological role and regulation of plasma TXA_2-PGF_2 ~ - balance. In addition, from the point of view of prescription anti-evidence, the “bloody card” model is a more successful and ideal model.
