基于安太堡露天煤矿的采剥工艺特点,构建安全风险预控管理体系,在全矿范围内进行了危险源辨识。在总体分析露天煤矿爆破飞石事故成因的基础上,应用安全系统工程中的事故树分析方法,建立爆破飞石事故树,并对其进行综合分析,得到事故树的结构重要度,确定影响爆破飞石事故的主要因素,并结合安全风险预控管理理论,编制风险手册,提出管理标准和管理措施。
Based on the characteristics of mining stripping technology in Antaibao open-pit coal mine, the safety risk pre-control management system was constructed and hazardous source identification was carried out in the whole mine.
