目的从13种蓝花荆芥提取物中筛选具有体外抗单纯疱疹病毒1型活性的成分。方法采用细胞病变效应法(Cytopathogenic effect,CPE)测定不同蓝花荆芥提取物的药物毒性及抗单纯疱疹病毒1型的活性。结果从13种蓝花荆芥提取物中筛选到了7种具有抗单纯疱疹病毒1型活性的成分。结论筛选得到的7种蓝花荆芥提取物具有抗HSV-1的活性,适用于抗单纯疱疹病毒1型治疗药物的深入研究与开发。
OBJECTIVE: To screen 13 kinds of blueberry Nepeta extracts for their anti-herpes simplex virus 1 activity in vitro. Methods Cytopathogenic effect (CPE) method was used to determine the toxicity and anti-HSV-1 activity of different extracts of Nelumbo Nucifera. Results Thirteen constituents with anti-herpes simplex virus type 1 activity were screened from 13 blueberry Nepeta extracts. Conclusion The results showed that the extracts of seven species of blueberry Nepeta have anti-HSV-1 activity and are suitable for in-depth research and development of herpes simplex virus type 1 therapeutic drugs.
