应用分光光度法,对三个不同产地螺旋藻的总糖、多糖、氨基酸含量进行测定,结果表明不同产地螺旋藻的总糖、多糖、氨基酸含量有一定差异。
Spectrophotometry was used to determine the total sugar, polysaccharide and amino acid content of Spirulina from three different origins. The results showed that there were some differences in total sugar, polysaccharide and amino acid content in spirulina from different origins.
