采用叶片喷施镁、锌、硼、锰元素对烤烟产量质量影响的研究表明:锰、锌、镁肥处理的烟叶产值提高8~11%,硼肥处理使产量和质量下降。锰、锌肥可提高硝酸还原酶活性、光合速率和叶绿素含量,锰肥处理的烟碱,全氮、蛋白质、总糖,还原糖含量提高。氯离子显著降低。锌肥处理各项指标略有提高。镁肥处理的烟碱,氯离子含量增加,烟叶酸碱失调。硼肥处理的烟碱,还原糖增加,氯离子降低,烟叶酸碱较协调。叶面适当喷施锰、锌肥对烤烟的生理生化指标和产、质量具有良好促进作用。
The results showed that the output of tobacco with manganese, zinc and magnesium fertilizers increased 8 ~ 11%, and the yield and quality of boron fertilizer decreased with boron fertilizers. Manganese and zinc fertilizer increased the activity of nitrate reductase, photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content. The content of nicotine, total nitrogen, protein, total sugar and reducing sugar of manganese fertilizer increased. Chloride is significantly reduced. Zinc fertilizer slightly increased the indicators. Magnesium fertilizer treatment of nicotine, chloride ion content increased, leaf acid-base disorders. Boron treatment of nicotine, reducing sugar increased, reduced chloride, tobacco acid-base more coordinated. Appropriate spraying foliar manganese, zinc fertilizer on the physiological and biochemical indicators of flue-cured tobacco and production, quality has a good role in promoting.
