研究了活性炭处理出水(炭后水)中游离细菌与颗粒物附着细菌分离前后紫外线消毒效果.分离前,研究了3种紫外线强度对游离细菌和颗粒物附着细菌的整体灭活效果.结果发现,炭后水中细菌在低紫外剂量下,低强度更有利于细菌失活;紫外线较难灭活炭后水中颗粒物附着细菌.分离后,低强度紫外线对颗粒物附着细菌的灭活效果优于高强度,且随着紫外线剂量增加,颗粒物对细菌的保护作用增强.
The effect of UV disinfection before and after separation of free bacteria and particulate attach bacteria in activated carbon treated effluent (carbon after water) was studied. Before inoculation, the total inactivation effect of three kinds of UV intensity on bacteria and particulates adhered to bacteria was studied. Under low UV dose, the low intensity of bacterial in bacteria is more conducive to bacterial inactivation, and the bacteria in the water are harder to immobilize by ultraviolet light.After the separation, the inactivation effect of low intensity UV on the bacteria attached to the particles is better than high intensity, UV dose increases, the protection of particles of bacteria enhanced.
