三峡工程大江截流已于1997年11月8日胜利实现。结合大江截流实践,以及截流跟踪预报试验研究,阐述了长江科学院多年来所取得的大江截流关键技术问题研究成果及工程实践效果。针对戗堤进占堤头坍塌及坍塌机理,提出了减小截流水深即预平抛垫底措施,这样能大幅度减缓截流坍塌危害程度及发生频率。同时对预平抛垫底抛投料漂距特性、提前束窄河槽的口门宽度选择及施工通航条件等进行了研究。
The Three Gorges Project River closure was successfully completed on November 8, 1997. Combined with the practice of river closure and the experimental study of river closure and tracing forecast, the research results and engineering practice results of the key technical problems of the Yangtze River river closure that have been obtained by the Yangtze River Scientific Research Institute over the years are expounded.
