心脏收缩时间间期(STI)及心阻抗图是一种无创伤性检测心血管系统生理参数以及在心脏病理情况下参数变化的方法,目前在国内已受到广大心脏病学者的普遍重视。文献上也有不少有关冠心病,高血压病患者心阻抗微分图特征分析的报告,但对肺源性心脏病(肺心病)的改变、尤其是对肺心病左心功能改变报道尚少。本文对40例典型肺心病人进行了心功能测定,发现肺心病人常同时伴有左心功能减损。
Systolic time interval (STI) and cardiac impedance map is a non-invasive detection of cardiovascular physiological parameters and changes in the parameters of cardiac pathological methods, the majority of cardiologists in China has been generally valued. There are also many reports about the characteristic analysis of heart impedance differential graph in patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension. However, the changes of pulmonary heart disease (pulmonary heart disease), especially the left heart function changes of pulmonary heart disease are still few reported. In this paper, 40 cases of typical pulmonary heart disease patients were measured cardiac function and found that patients with pulmonary heart disease often accompanied by impairment of left ventricular function.
