以羟脯氨酸改性后聚乳酸(PLA)作为基体材料,以羟基磷灰石(HA)为改性材料,制备了聚乳酸/羟基磷灰石复合材料(PLA/HA)。通过X射线(XRD)表征可知,改性后的PLA和HA的混合为物理混合,混合的过程中并没有改变HA的结晶性。TG分析结果表明,HA的加入能够提高材料的热稳定性能。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察可知纳米级HA粒子未发生团聚现象,两种物质的界面相容性良好。力学性能测试得出:材料的力学强度在HA的含量为10%时为最佳,此时的拉伸强度为45.7MPa、弯曲强度为127.7MPa、弯曲模量为2.34GPa,能够满足人体骨组织的强度要求。
Polylactic acid / hydroxyapatite composites (PLA / HA) were prepared by using polylactic acid (PLA) as matrix material and hydroxyapatite (HA) as modifier. By X-ray (XRD) characterization, it can be seen that the mixture of modified PLA and HA is physically mixed, and the crystallinity of HA is not changed during the mixing process. TG analysis results show that the addition of HA can improve the thermal stability of the material. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observation shows that nano-particles HA agglomeration did not occur, the two substances have good interface compatibility. The mechanical property test results show that the mechanical strength of the material is the best when the content of HA is 10%, the tensile strength is 45.7MPa, the flexural strength is 127.7MPa and the flexural modulus is 2.34GPa, which can satisfy the human bone tissue The strength requirements.
