前几年,金帝集团公司年年亏损,产品积压,资金流不动,工资发不出,工厂面临关门,近3000名职工就有1000多人下岗。几年过去了,重庆涪陵金帝集团公司现有职工4500多人,1997年工业总产值8714万元,销售收入8815万元,实现利税791万元,其中利润156万元,企业不仅扭亏为盈,而且解决了下岗职工的再就业问题,还给当地1000多人提供了就业机会。他们的具体作法是:立足主业,消化下岗职工;发展副业,安置下岗职工,开辟新业,分流下岗职工。
