本课题由浙江医科大学附属第二医院与中国农业科学院茶叶研究所联合研究,经3年努力,业于1987年11月23日在我校通过鉴定。茶黄烷醇及其氧化物是一种从茶叶中提取的低咖啡碱组分,具有抗凝、促纤溶及抗血小极聚集作用和抗动脉粥样硬化效应。经有关专家鉴定,一致认为:该研究设计合理,提取工艺先进,经体外试验、动物实验及临床双盲自身对照应用,证明茶黄烷醇及其氧化物对动脉粥样硬化有较好的疗效。本研究属国内首创,具有国内先进水平。
This subject was jointly studied by the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Medical University and the Tea Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. After three years of hard work, the industry passed the appraisal at our school on November 23, 1987. Theaflavanols and their oxides are low-caffeine components extracted from tea leaves, which have anticoagulation, fibrinolytic and anti-hemoprolous aggregation and anti-atherosclerotic effects. According to the appraisal of relevant experts, it was agreed that: the study was well-designed and the extraction process was advanced. In vitro experiments, animal experiments, and clinical double-blind auto-control applications proved that the theaflavin alcohol and its oxides have a good effect on atherosclerosis. . This research is a domestic initiative and has advanced domestic standards.
