针对埠村煤矿911采区首采条带工作面初采阶段发生底板突水的问题,采用数值模拟与现场实测等方法,就工作面宽度对底板破坏深度的影响进行了研究。结果表明:条带采宽为15~20 m时,对应的底板破坏深度均为5~7 m;多个工作面叠加影响后底板破坏最大深度为10m。将采区条带工作面宽度由15 m增至20 m,提高了资源回收率,在保证安全回采的前提下取得了显著的经济效益。
In order to solve the problem of floor water inrush from the first mining face in 911 mining area in Bucun Coal Mine, numerical simulation and field measurement were used to study the effect of working face width on the failure depth of floor. The results show that the failure depth of the bottom plate is 5 ~ 7 m when the strip width is 15 ~ 20 m. The maximum depth of the failure of the bottom plate is 10 m when the working face is superimposed. Increasing the width of working face of mining zone from 15 m to 20 m increased resource recovery rate and achieved significant economic benefits under the premise of ensuring safe recovery.
