我最近去了一趟台湾,在与台湾的许多工商界人士交流时发现了一个特点,这些工商界人士大多是台湾企业家的第二代,或者叫1.5代。所谓1.5代是指他们从年龄上是第二代人,但是家族事业只是他们事业的一部分,更大一部分是由自己开创的。所谓第二代就是他们百分之百地继承了上辈的事业,从小就经历商业训练和管理知识培养,在这方面,大陆的企业管理者比台湾的1.5代管理者落后了30年。
I recently went to Taiwan and found a feature in my exchange with many business people in Taiwan. Most of these business people are the second generation of Taiwanese entrepreneurs, or 1.5 generations. The so-called 1.5 generations means that they are the second generation from the age, but the family business is only part of their career, a larger part is created by myself. The so-called second generation is that they inherited the business of their predecessors one hundred percent and experienced business training and management knowledge training since they were young. In this respect, the number of business managers in the mainland is 30 years behind that of the 1.5 generation managers in Taiwan.
