梨黑星病危害果实、果梗、叶片、叶柄和新梢等,自开花、展叶期开始直到果实采收为止,均可在植株地上部的幼嫩部位上陆续为害。防治必须采取加强栽培管理,增强树势,提高树体抗病能力,搞好果园卫生,及时处理病斑等综合防治措施,才能收到良好的效果。
