基于1995~2014年省际面板数据,文章运用Malmquist指数法对我国服务业全要素生产率(TFP)进行测算并分解,然后对服务业TFP影响因素进行实证分析。测算结果表明:从整体上看,由于技术进步率的大幅上升,我国服务业TFP呈现出上升趋势;分地区来看,东部和中部地区服务业TFP发展趋势均由降低转为逐年增长,而西部地区服务业TFP呈现持续上升趋势。实证分析发现,虽然东中西部地区服务业TFP的影响因素各有不同,但总体而言,工业发展水平、服务业相对密集度对服务业TFP具有明显的促进作用,人均资本深化、对外开放水平、人均国内生产总值也有重要正向影响,而税负水平对服务业TFP的影响效应显著为负。
Based on the inter-provincial panel data from 1995 to 2014, the article uses the Malmquist index method to measure and decompose the total factor productivity of China’s service industry (TFP), and then makes an empirical analysis of the influencing factors of TFP in the service industry. The calculation results show that TFP of service industry in our country shows an upward trend due to the sharp increase of technological progress rate. According to regions, the development trend of service TFP in eastern and central regions both turns from decreasing to increasing year by year, Regional service TFP showed a continuous upward trend. The empirical analysis shows that, although the influencing factors of TFP in service industry in the eastern, central and western regions are different, on the whole, the level of industrial development and the relative intensity of service industries have a significant role in promoting TFP in the service sector, with per capita capital deepening and opening up , Per capita GDP also has a significant positive impact, while the effect of tax burden on service TFP is significantly negative.
