机组启动后的轻微、短暂碰磨故障只在机械运动件和静止件碰磨的瞬间出现一段故障信息,一般方法很难精确定位故障发生的准确时间区间。利用小波去噪与小波奇异性检测相结合的方法,对机组动静件碰磨故障信号进行诊断,通过对仿真信号和实测信号详细分析,精确定位了短暂碰磨故障发生的时间区间。该方法对于识别轻微、短暂碰磨故障发生的原因、故障信息特征、类型及故障的严重程度等有重要的应用价值。
After the unit is started, the slight and short touch-on failure only shows a fault message at the moment when the mechanical moving parts and the static parts touch each other. It is very difficult for the general method to accurately locate the accurate time interval for the fault to occur. By combining the method of wavelet denoising and wavelet singularity detection, the fault signal of collision between the moving parts and the static part of the unit is diagnosed. By analyzing the simulated signal and the measured signal in detail, the time interval of the short-term impact failure can be precisely located. The method has important application value for identifying the causes of slight and short touch-off faults, the characteristics and types of the fault messages and the severity of the faults.
