The rate of radical surgery for pancreatic cancer does not exceed 10%. The operative mortality rate is high and the long-term results are not satisfactory. Therefore, chemotherapy has become an important method for the treatment of pancreatic cancer. The authors used fluorouracil to achieve satisfactory results in the treatment of pancreatic cancer, but often caused poisoning in patients with liver dysfunction.
