目的:探寻新形势下妇幼保健院的改革措施。方法以垫江县妇幼保健院2013年1月10~31日管理现状为材料,用文献查阅、职工问卷答卷调查法等观察性流行病学进行分析评估。结果通过每份问卷22题民意测试显示,总体较差等级认可率65.18%;22个单项中,较差等级认可率50%以上有21个单项占95.55%。答题方式亦征求到10个进一步加强等管理建议。结论针对职工意见,按照实行绩效分配向医生岗位倾斜、临床一线岗位倾斜和成本效益核算的原则,结合实际,制订了目标分配管理办法和合同制员工管理办法,通过2013年1~6月实施效果表明,达到职工满意和赞誉,医护服务质量显著提高,得到社会群众认可。从而找出新形势下妇幼保健院管理运行规律。“,”Objective to explore the new situation of maternal and child health hospital reform measures.
