基于 Ca2 + 、Mg2 -与偶氮胂 的络合作用 ,建立了二者的光度测定方法。Ca2 + 、Mg2 +分别在 0～ 1 .2 mg/L、0～ 0 .64mg/L范围内服从比尔定律 ,已用于清洁水样中 Ca2 +、Mg2 +的测定。
Based on the complexation of Ca2 + and Mg2 - with arsenazo, a spectrophotometric method was established. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0-1.2 mg / L and 0-0.64 mg / L, respectively. Ca2 + and Mg2 + have been used in the determination of Ca2 + and Mg2 + in clean water samples.
