一、引言 NaNO_2是一种强氧化剂。文献均报导过在水中加入0.1M NaNO_2可使钢在该溶液中的K_(ISCC)值提高。但对应力腐蚀开裂的动力学过程报导甚少。本文研究了在去离子水中加入0.1MNaNO_2后对30CrNi2MnSi钢的应力腐蚀开裂行为的影响,并对结果进行了分析。二、实验方法试验采用了30CrNi2MnSi钢,化学成分(wt%)为:0.26C,1.02Cr,1.56Ni,1.23Mn,1.08Si,0.029P,0.007S,余量为Fe。经900℃,25min奥氏体化,淬入240
First, the introduction NaNO_2 is a strong oxidant. It has been reported in the literature that the addition of 0.1M NaNO 2 in water can increase the K_ (ISCC) value of the steel in the solution. However, the kinetic process of stress corrosion cracking is poorly reported.
