混凝土中掺用木素磺酸钙作为附加剂(减水剂)具有节约水泥,增加混凝土抗压强度,改善混凝土和易性和抗渗性,推迟水化热热峰出现时间等优点。我段去年在上海铁道学院的帮助下,在几个工程中使用了这种附加剂。我段使用的水素磺酸钙系吉林省延吉县开山屯化学纤维浆厂生产,出厂价格420元/吨。掺用量不得超过水泥用量的0.25%。使用时先将木素磺酸钙加水搅拌均匀成溶液,当混凝土加水(减去溶液水量)搅拌后,再慢慢将该溶液掺入混凝土中,继续搅拌均匀。要防止由于搅拌不匀造成局部混凝土中的木素磺酸钙掺用量超过0.25%的现象。使用前需做一些小型的级配试验。现将使用情况简介如下。一、用于10米跨度的予制钢筋混凝土梁
