随着我国市场经济的不断发展,企业之间的竞争力也在不断加大,人才作为企业竞争力的核心,企业必须着重于对人才的培养,在企业经营管理中使用激励机制可以有效提高企业员工的工作效率、强化企业的核心竞争力。该文通过对企业经营管理中激励制度的优化进行分析,从而提出了企业需要重视对企业员工心理诉求、个人特点的关注,将企业经营管理制度与企业经营管理激励机制有机科学合理的优化措施,以期望企业在经营管理过程中可以正确合理地使用激励制度,从而提高企业员工的工作效率与企业的竞争力。
