目的观察氟康唑联合克霉唑阴道片治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(RVVC)的治疗效果,探讨临床应用价值。方法选取172例RVVC患者,采用前瞻性随机对照实验方法,给予对照组(n=86)克霉唑阴道片阴道用药,给予实验组(n=86)口服氟康唑片和克霉唑阴道片阴道用药联合疗法,用药后2周复诊观察临床治疗效果,巩固治疗5个月经周期后观察复发情况。结果用药2周进行复查,对照组总有效率96.5%(83/86),实验组总有效率97.7%(84/86),两组无显著性差异(P>0.05);巩固治疗5个月经周期后进行复诊,对照组复发率15.1%(13/86),实验组复发率4.7%(4/86),两组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论氟康唑口服用药联合克霉唑片阴道用药维持治疗可有效降低RVVC复发率,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of fluconazole combined with clotrimazole vaginal tablets in the treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis (RVVC) and explore its clinical value. Methods A total of 172 patients with RVVC were enrolled in this study. Patients in the control group (n = 86) received clotrimazole vaginal vaginal administration in a prospective randomized controlled trial. Patients in the experimental group (n = 86) received fluconazole and clotrimazole vaginal tablets Vaginal combination therapy, 2 weeks after treatment referral to observe the clinical effect of treatment, consolidate the treatment of 5 menstrual cycle after the observation of recurrence. Results Two weeks after treatment, the total effective rate was 96.5% (83/86) in the control group and 97.7% (84/86) in the experimental group, with no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05) The recurrence rate was 15.1% (13/86) in the control group and 4.7% (4/86) in the experimental group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion The oral administration of fluconazole combined with clotrimazole vaginal administration can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of RVVC, and has clinical value of popularization.
