目的了解龙岩市城区公共场所卫生状况及变化趋势,为加强公共场所卫生监督监测工作提供依据,预防疾病的传播。方法对龙岩市2006~2013年城区公共场所卫生监测报告进行统计分析。监测检验方法按相关的技术规范、卫生标准或检验方法执行。结果 2006~2013年共监测龙岩市城区公共场所301家,场所总合格率为56.15%,样品总合格率为97.13%。各年样品合格率总体上呈上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不同场所中,旅店业合格率最低,为41.67%。不同检测项目中,噪声合格率最低,为91.77%。不同检测公共用具中,茶具合格率最低,为95.89%。结论龙岩市城区公共场所卫生状况虽然总体上呈好转趋势,但仍不容乐观,应进一步加强旅店业和商场卫生监督管理工作,及时发现卫生隐患,保障公众身体健康。
Objective To understand the health status and changing trend of public places in Longyan City, and provide a basis for strengthening health supervision and monitoring in public places to prevent the spread of diseases. Methods Statistical analysis was made on the health monitoring reports of urban public places in Longyan from 2006 to 2013. Monitoring and testing methods according to the relevant technical specifications, health standards or test methods. Results A total of 301 public places in Longyan City were monitored from 2006 to 2013, with a total passing rate of 56.15% and a total pass rate of 97.13%. The passing rate of samples in each year showed an overall upward trend, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). In different places, the lowest rate of hotel industry was 41.67%. Among the different testing items, the noise passing rate is the lowest, which is 91.77%. Different detection of public appliances, the lowest rate of qualified tea, 95.89%. Conclusion Although the general health status of public places in Longyan City is getting better, it is still not optimistic. Health supervision and management in the hotel industry and shopping malls should be further strengthened to find out the hidden dangers of health and ensure the public’s health.
