基因组的稳定性是细胞正常生长、发育等过程的必须条件。当DNA复制过程中出现损伤,进行及时的应答与修复对于维持基因组稳定性至关重要。在DNA损伤应答的过程中,翻译后修饰对于蛋白的调控与维持基因组稳定性及完整性具有重要意义。本文将对在DNA损伤修复应答过程中SUMO化修饰的研究进展进行阐述。“,”Genomic stability plays an essential role in the process of growth and development. When damage occurs during DNA replication, prompt response and repair are critical to maintain the stabil-ity of genome. Studies have shown that post-translational modification plays an important role in regulating proteins and maintaining genomic stability and integrity during DNA damage response. In the present pap-er, the research progress of sumoylation in response to DNA damage repair is reviewed.
