现在高校都开设专项体育课,这种做法对一部分学生不太合适,效果不好。北京林业大学于1986年实施体育教改方案,在二年级开设专项体育课。经过两年实践,我们对85级、86级开设的各专项教学班进行了调查,从调查中发现,有15—20%的学生认为这种教学形式对他们掌握运动技术、技能和提高身体素质效果不好或一般。在这部分学生中女生较多,且平时不爱运动,体育“达标”及专项技术多为不及格或免强及格。为了改变这一状况,1988年9月,我们将在一年级普通体育课结束后未能“达标”或免强“达标”的学生,到二年级时组成专门以提高身体素质为主要任务的教学班,
