目标规划(Goal Programming)是运筹学规划论的一个分支,它和线性规划一样,在企业管理中也是用来解决资源的合理运用和合理调配的问题。由于目标规划能够解决约束条件相互矛盾,各个目标之间重要程度不同的多目标优化与决策的问题,因此目标规划在计划制订、方案选择、生产调度、合理配料、物资调运等方面有着更广泛的应用前景。电子工业部六所对于目标规划进行了研究,并编写了应用软件包,一些单位使用后反映甚好,因此我们建议大家都用一用。
