目的利用实验小型猪建立烧伤模型,为烧伤新药药效评价提供参考。方法用3%凝固汽油,通过严格控制燃烧时间建立农大Ⅲ系实验小型猪烧伤模型,结合肉眼观察与病理学检测方法进行评价,考察凝固汽油燃烧时间与致伤深度的关系。结果使用农大Ⅲ系实验小型猪,持续燃烧5~10 s时为浅Ⅱ度烧伤;15~20 s可达深Ⅱ度;25~35 s属深Ⅱ~Ⅲ度混合型烧伤;40 s以上为Ⅲ度烧伤。结论成功建立了用于新药药效研究的实验小型猪烧伤模型。
Objective To establish a burn model using experimental miniature pigs to provide a reference for the evaluation of the efficacy of new drugs for burns. Methods Using 3% solidified gasoline, the model of Nongda Ⅲ mini-pig burn was established by strictly controlling the burning time. The naked eye and pathological examination were used to evaluate the relationship between the burning time and the depth of injury. The results showed that the Ⅲ type experimental mini-pigs of Nongda could be treated with superficial Ⅱ degree burn for 5 ~ 10 s, 15 ~ 20 s for deep Ⅱ degree, 25 ~ 35 s for deep Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ degree mixed burn, and 40 s or more Ⅲ degree burn. Conclusion An experimental mini-pig burn model was successfully established for the study of drug efficacy.
