致发食物中毒沙门氏菌型别繁多,本文报导的是诺维奇(nowich)菌株所致的一起食物中毒。1991年8月18日,航天部一院29名职工因进食某部一食堂自制酱牛肉、大骨肉、5h~25h之间发生高烧,腹痛,腹泻……等症状.发病率100%,经流行病学调查,及时采样培养,最后经中国药品生物制品检定所沙门氏菌专业实验室审核鉴定,确系国内首次发现的菌种。
There are many different types of Salmonella causing food poisoning, and this article reports a food poisoning caused by a strain of Nowich. On August 18, 1991, 29 workers of the first department of the Ministry of Aeronautics and Astronautics suffered from high fever, abdominal pain, diarrhea and other symptoms between 5h ~ 25h due to eating homemade beef sauce and big flesh in a canteen. The incidence rate of 100%, epidemiological investigation, timely sampling and culture, and finally by the China Pharmaceutical and Biological Products Inspection and Quarantine Salmonella professional laboratory identification, is the first strain found in China.
