在当今社会主义市场经济条件下,选题策划已经成为出版业的灵魂和基础。一个出版社如果没有整体的选题策划思路,没有科学的选题决策机制,没有完善的市场分析体系,就很难在市场经济的浪潮中和渐次开放的出版市场中扎稳根基,最终将被品种浩如烟海、竞争激烈的图书市场所淘汰。本文试图从长江文艺出版社的崛起历程中对其选题策划思想和配套机制进行研究,进而总结面向市场的选题策划所具有的一些基本规律。
