连云新城工程经理部做为江苏分公司一个市政路桥品牌项目部,几年来扎根连云新城,在项目施工中为公司赢得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。从连云港走到邳州,项目部的人员没变,施工难度、经营和人文环境却随着区域的不同产生了质的变化。作为投融资项目,为适应新形势、新任务、新要求、新挑战,就必须在项目管理和队伍建设中加以探索和创新,从而不断增强项目管理与队伍建设的针对性和时代感,以更新的理念、内容、形式来统领队伍。基于此,就连云新城走到邳州项目建设以来,项目部在继承好的传统和理念、观念革新的一些做法与广大同仁一起学习交流和探索提高。
