目的探讨苏州市区退休人群体质指数(BMI)、血糖、血脂分布情况及三者之间的关系。方法采用现况调查方法,对2 803名苏州市区退休人员BMI及糖脂代谢情况进行分析,并探讨性别、BMI与血糖、血脂之间的关系。结果 BMI在70岁之前随年龄增长而升高,70岁以后随年龄增长逐步下降。随着BMI水平的升高,血糖、血脂均值逐步升高(P<0.05),血糖异常升高、高甘油三酯(TG)、低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和高低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的暴露率亦逐步升高(P<0.05)。随着空腹血糖(FBG)水平逐渐升高,高TG、低HDL-C及血脂异常的暴露率均随之升高(P<0.05);高总胆固醇(TC)暴露率仅在糖尿病患者组明显升高(P<0.05),高LDL-C的暴露率则无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论血糖、血脂水平的升高与BMI关系密切,适当控制BMI对于防治高血糖、高血脂有重要作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the body mass index (BMI), blood glucose and blood lipids in retired population in Suzhou City and their relationship. Methods The status survey was used to analyze the BMI and glucose and lipid metabolism of 2 803 retired workers in Suzhou urban area and to explore the relationship between gender, BMI, blood glucose and blood lipid. Results BMI increased with age before the age of 70, and gradually decreased with age after 70 years. With the increase of BMI level, the mean of blood glucose and blood lipid increased gradually (P <0.05), the abnormal blood glucose increased, the content of triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) The exposure rate of protein cholesterol (LDL-C) also increased gradually (P <0.05). With the fasting blood glucose (FBG) level increasing, the exposure rates of high TG, low HDL-C and dyslipidemia increased (P <0.05). The high total cholesterol (TC) exposure rate was only found in diabetic patients (P <0.05), while there was no significant difference in the exposure rate of high LDL-C (P> 0.05). Conclusions The elevated blood glucose and blood lipids are closely related to BMI. Proper control of BMI plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia.
