钼兰法测定微量磷,具有灵敏度较高的特点。多年来已被广大分析工作者所采用。我室也曾建立了在铁存在下用亚硫酸钠还原杂多酸生成钼兰进行比色测定矿石中磷的方法。但由于显色条件较为严格,砷,硅及铁的干扰严重,故应用范围受到限制,为了适应生产需要,我们吸取兄弟单位的先进经验,对抗坏血酸还原钼兰的酸度,铋盐的催化作用、乙醇的稳定性及各种干扰离子,特别是砷、铁及硅的干扰作了较为详细的探讨,在一定程度上解决了原方法中存在的问题。拟订了无须铋盐、乙醇而快速、准确适用于一般矿物、岩石及含有高铁高砷试料中微量磷测定的方法。
Molybdenum method determination of trace phosphorus, with high sensitivity characteristics. Over the years has been used by the majority of analysts. My room has also established a method for the colorimetric determination of phosphorus in ores with the use of sodium sulfite to reduce the formation of molybdenum in the presence of iron. However, due to the stricter conditions of color rendering and the serious interference of arsenic, silicon and iron, the application range is limited. In order to meet the production needs, we draw on the advanced experience of our brothers to reduce the acidity of ascorbic acid and the catalysis of bismuth salt, Ethanol stability and a variety of interfering ions, especially the interference of arsenic, iron and silicon were discussed in more detail, to some extent, to solve the problems existing in the original method. The method for determining trace phosphorus in general minerals, rocks and high-iron-high-arsenic samples with high arsenic content has been formulated quickly and accurately without bismuth salt and ethanol.
